What these terms cover.
These terms cover my website, any “Companion” pages, private audio feeds, downloads, and other materials I publish (together, the Services).

Educational content, not clinical care.
All content is educational and reflective. It is not medical, psychological, or legal advice. It does not create a therapist–client relationship. Do not use the Services for emergencies – call local emergency services.

If you engage me privately.
Any one-to-one work will use a separate written agreement that sets scope, fees, cancellations, and confidentiality. That agreement will prevail over these website terms.

Eligibility and fair use.
Use the Services only if you are eighteen or older and can enter a contract under Australian law. Do not misuse the Services, scrape data, or post unlawful or infringing material.

Intellectual property.
Unless stated otherwise, I own the content on the Services. I grant you a personal licence to view, share links, and download materials I make available for personal, non-commercial use. If you send feedback or comments, you grant me a non-exclusive licence to use them for operating and improving the Services.

Third-party tools and links.
I may link to or embed third-party services for hosting, analytics, payments, podcasts, or video. They have their own terms and privacy practices. I am not responsible for their content or policies.

Purchases, refunds, and the ACL.
If I offer paid digital products, subscriptions, or bookings, the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) applies and cannot be excluded. Where the ACL gives you remedies for a major or minor failure, I will honour those remedies. For change-of-mind, refunds are not offered unless the specific offer states otherwise.

Liability.
To the fullest extent the law allows, I exclude liability for indirect loss arising from the use of the Services. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the ACL.

Changes to the Services.
I may change, suspend, or end any part of the Services at any time. If I materially change these terms, I will update the “Last updated” date below.

Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and Australia. The courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
