Individual psychotherapy is a unique, confidential, and collaborative space dedicated entirely to you and your inner world.

The consistency of our regular meetings creates a reliable "frame" - a safe and predictable environment where the deep, often difficult, work of self-exploration can happen.

Within this frame, we move beyond surface-level problem-solving to untangle the unconscious patterns and historical threads that shape your present. It is a space to be truly seen and heard, and to collaboratively make sense of your life's story.

  • The Details

    Frequency: We will meet one or two times per week at a regularly scheduled time.
    Duration: Each session is 50 minutes long.
    Commitment: This is deep, long-term work that requires a consistent and committed approach.
    Cancellation Policy: Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. Missed or cancelled sessions are charged in full, which honors our mutual commitment to this process.
Group therapy

The Concept: A Microcosm of Your World

The therapy group becomes a unique space that acts as a microcosm of your personal and professional world. Within the safety of the group, the same relational patterns that cause difficulties in your outside life will inevitably emerge.

This provides a powerful, real-time opportunity to explore these dynamics, receive honest feedback, and experiment with new, more authentic ways of connecting with others.

    Format: The group is a "closed group," with the same 6-8 members meeting each week.
    Frequency: We meet once a week.
    Duration: Each session is 90 minutes long.
    Commitment: This is deep, long-term work, requiring a consistent commitment from all members.

The path to beginning our work together is a deliberate one, designed to ensure we are a good fit for the deep exploration ahead.
Submit an Application
It all begins with a brief, confidential form to express your interest in either individual or group therapy. This allows me to get a preliminary sense of what you're looking for.
Initial Consultation & Assessment
We will schedule a complimentary 20-minute consultation to discuss your application.

For those interested in Group Therapy, this is followed by 2-4 individual sessions to understand your history and goals, and to prepare you to get the most out of the group experience.
Begin the Work
For Individual Therapy, we schedule our first regular sessions. For Group Therapy, once the initial individual sessions are complete, you will be invited to join the group when a space becomes available.
