How do I work?
Sia Bartrum
"Say whatever comes to mind - don't filter, don't edit. Every word matters." This is psychoanalysis.

We meet once or twice weekly, face-to-face.

Deep work.

To understand your suffering, we trace your entire story—from birth to now. Quick fixes are like aspirin for a headache. Real change means transforming your relationship with life itself, so you stop repeating old patterns and breaking free from mental traps.

Change happens at the core—in how you experience the world. You learn genuine pleasure in relationships, develop inner freedom, handle uncertainty without being overwhelmed, and step into your full potential.
The goal is not to "treat," but to help a person untangle their own story.
I am a psychoanalytic thinker and researcher. I study the unconscious patterns that steer decisions and relationships. My aim is simple – insight that becomes usable.
I spent years inside large organisations, leading change and talent work at PwC, UBS, KPMG, and Marks & Spencer. Seeing how pressure and loyalty move through a system reshaped my practice. I know the politics and the cost of performance from the inside – that is the edge I bring.

I am completing a Master’s in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at HSE University. I also hold a Master’s in Sociology from Heinrich Heine University and wrote a book on social perception. Executive and Gestalt coaching shaped my early practice, and a two-year classical analysis grounded my commitment to depth.
